Stanton Fischer

Stanton Fischer joins Franklin Global, Inc. following a 20-year career in the FBI. His FBI career started in Los Angeles where he was assigned to national security matters, including espionage, counterintelligence and counter-proliferation investigations. He then served a joint-duty assignment with the CIA, conducting a variety of intelligence collection missions. Afterwards he was assigned to Denver, where he managed the FBI’s human intelligence program. Mr. Fischer also served as the supervisor of the FBI’s Crimes Against Children program. He completed his FBI career as the supervisor of all physical and technical surveillance resources, consisting of multiple physical surveillance teams, aviation assets, technical collection resources, and communication personnel.
Mr. Fischer served overseas in furtherance of the FBI anti-terrorism mission. his
His assignments included FBI Liaison in Kabul, Afghanistan in 2002 following the 9/11 Terrorism attacks. In 2012 he traveled to Cambodia to provide tactical training to the Cambodian National Counter-terrorism Special Forces. In 2016 he was assigned as the FBI Liaison to U.S. Special Forces Command Europe, and in 2017 he was detailed to the Federal Police Office of Germany (Bundeskriminalamt) anti-terrorist unit.
Mr. Fischer served in the FBI Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) program in Los Angeles and Denver. As a SWAT Team Leader and member for over 11 years, he conducted a variety of high-risk warrants, fugitive arrests (including the arrest of an FBI Top Ten fugitive), and joint operations with federal and local law enforcement agencies. He gained extensive experience planning, coordinating and executing complex tactical missions. He conducted security protection details for the Attorney General and FBI Director. In addition, he established and implement security operations in support of several high-profile protection assignments including the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, collegiate football national championships, and the World Series.
Mr. Fischer is a certified FBI Adjunct Instructor for Intelligence and Counterintelligence. Mr. Fischer obtained certification as a Technically Trained Agent, responsible for selecting and installing covert cameras, microphones, tracking devices, and cellular tracking. He is a certified Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Tactical, SWAT and Chemical Agent Instructor. Prior to the FBI, he served as a Colorado Springs Police Department Police Officer, and U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Officer. Mr. Fischer is a recipient of the FBI’s Medal of Excellence.
